Head of Communications & Insights

The Company is a major housing association operating between Oxford and Cambridge, based in Bedford. They are a leading provider and developer of affordable homes - for rent, sheltered, residential care and shared ownership. They own around 18,000 homes, employ 350 people, and has an annual turnover in excess of GBP 100 million. Every year, this company invest over GBP 23m on repairing, improving and maintaining their homes and the surrounding areas.

They are currently recruiting a Head of Communications and Insights to deliver the organisation's Communications and Insights strategy and Operations Plan. In this role, you will provide clear leadership of the communications and insights function and manage and develop the company brand. You will lead a programme of research and actionable insights that and helps them understand what their customers think and informs service improvements.

They are looking for a creative senior professional with strong leadership and people management skills, as well as a proven record of developing and delivering corporate programmes and someone who can lead effective enabling services for their Business Unit structure.

As Head of Communications and Insights, you will play a key role in supporting our digital strategy to improve how they interact and engage with their customers. You'll have a genuine passion for developing and delivering brilliant and compelling communications, with the skills, influence and personal appetite to drive real improvements for the company.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills and will have experience of working with senior stakeholders to deliver complex projects to time and budget. You will be able to engage and manage specialist agencies to support the delivery of our strategy and plans.
