Regional Service Manager / Operations Manager – Construction Hire, Salary up to £50k + car & benefits package, Based; Nuneaton
We require a Regional Service Manager / Operations Manager to work for an industry leading business who specialise in the hire of portable modular accommodation units, portable cabins and associated products. This role will be responsible for customer delivery, installation and after sales services in the region, including transport planning and delivery of products, project management and Installation of products, and post installation service and repair where corrective action is required. The successful candidate will be required to manage, lead, mentor and motivate transport and planning colleagues, field based engineers and technicians and a small administration team across regional branches and customer sites.
Applicants should have previous experience of working in a similar senior level Regional Service Manager / Operations Manager role with experience of managing multi-skilled project teams, transport delivery, field service and installation teams. A proven track record of delivering results against operational, service, quality, safety and cost targets is essential. An understanding of Logistics management is required and experience within construction / construction hire would be beneficial as would being a Qualified Appointed Person (AP) or similar.
