They now have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeping / Operations Supervisor to join their team in Manchester. This is a permanent full time position where you will work 11am – 7pm, 5 days over 7 (including weekends).

As a Housekeeping / Operations Supervisor, you will supervise the Housekeeping and Maintenance Team, ensuring that apartments are of a high standard in time for guest arrival, and that standards are maintained during the guests stay. 

They are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, is proficient with IT systems and software, and who is a hands on leader – not afraid to get stuck in and help! With previous experience in a customer focussed role, you will have a high attention to detail and be a team player.
