Maternity Cover starting from October 2017

You should be an enthusiastic and sociable Primary Teacher who possesses a passion for brilliant education. We want to meet Primary teachers who can deliver lessons that are fun, relevant and well planned. The ideal Primary Teacher will have the skills to develop a positive learning environment which includes every child's needs. You will have the ability to design and develop lesson plans that account for fluctuating ability and differing behavioural levels and react to class developments accordingly. KS1 and KS2 specialists are both encouraged to apply as the school can be flexible in terms of the year group they can offer you.
About the KS1/KS2 Teacher role
Covering a Maternity Cover within the school, your role will require you to step in and become an effective part of the school community quickly and seamlessly. In this Primary Teacher post you will be reporting back to a supportive Phase Leader to keep them informed about the development of your pupils. You will have the responsibility of developing your teaching and professional skills with the full support from the school as part of your personal CPD journey. The school understands how demanding teaching can be and seeks to place a Teaching Assistant in every class to support learners with SEN.
