Mears Housing Management is going through an exciting period of growth and we are seeking candidates that have a passion to deliver results.

We are now seeking to appoint an Accommodation Advisor (Property Procurement) to join us in Basingstoke. 

Within this role, you will be responsible for securing properties from landlords and agents in the private rental market, negotiating rents, terms and minimising costs.

This role would be great for some who has a background working in property procurement or an estate agent. The role is 9am to 5pm and no weekend or evening work is required.  It is office based with occasional travel required to set up new relationships with agents.  Therefore, you must possess great communication skills and absolutely love making a deal! 

You will need to be a great communicator with the ability to remain resilient and effectively manage priorities to ensure all outcomes are achieved.   With exceptional organisation skills, you will have a track recording in delivering great customer service and will be IT Literate utilising a variety of software packages.
