A market leader within the Telecommunications industry is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Finance team based in the surrounding areas of Winchester. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and your main duties as a
Purchase Ledger Clerk will include:

- Processing high volumes of invoices.
- Reconciling invoices & batching to supplier statements.
- Dealing with supplier queries.
- Preparing for BACS payments.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Petty cash.
- Processing credit card expenses.
- Communicating effectively with internal and external staff via telephone and email.

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- At least 2 years experience working within a Purchase ledger role.
- You will have previous experience working in one of the following roles; Purchase Ledger Clerk , Purchase Ledger Assistant / Administrator , Accounts Payable Clerk / Assistant , Accounts Assistant / Administrator , Finance Assistant / Finance Administrator.
