Room Attendants/Housekeepers

Servest are currently looking for Room Attendants/ Housekeepers to join our team based at a well-known hotel based near Bristol Airport (BS48). You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and delivering an excellent experience for our guests requests in a timely manner.

Working hours - 8am to 4pm or 9am to 6pm- Flexible shifts available working between 20 & 40 hrs per week)
Working Pattern: Usual 5 Days of 7 on rota basis- part time also avaliable
Hourly Rate: £7.80 -8.00 per Hour

Uniform provided, Paid holiday allowance (28 days) plus discounted travel on the Bus A1- £1 each way to the site from Central Bristol with a staff bus pass (Bus A1 from temple Meads/City Cent to Bristol Airport)

Job Description Overview:
Ensure all rooms / bathrooms are cleaned on a daily basis to a high standard
Replenish guestrooms and bathroom supplies
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and property in your work area
Responsible for achieving and exceeding our guest satisfaction score
Ensure all cleaning products are stored safely and securely at all times
To comply with Servest Health and Safety policy

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Ability to follow instructions.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all time
Experience within the cleaning industry.
