Established 2014, 365 Support provides quality supported accommodation services and domiciliary care to people with mental health and learning disabilities.

Registered Mental Health Nurse (R.M.N.)

• 21 hours per week (3 days)
• £30,000 per annum (pro rata to hours)

We are looking for an R.M.N. to build on our excellent achievements to date, in order for us to become one of the leading health and social care providers. Our North region covers Southport, Sefton, Wavertree, New Brighton, Birkenhead/Prenton and Prescot.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the R.M.N. will have a designated number of service users who they will be responsible for the formulation, implementations and evaluation of care plans and risk management plans with complex needs over a variety of supported living settings. 

We would like to hear from highly motivated people with:
Understanding of care planning and understanding the needs of service users
The appropriate R.M.N. qualification with at least up to 2 years working practice
