We have a number of exciting opportunities available within the Finance shared service centre:
Record to Report Lead
As the Record to Report Lead you will manage the day to day operations of management accounting and reporting processes, including capital reporting. Working with the leadership team, you will deliver an operational culture with a strong and best in class mind-set and have experience of transitioning activities into a shared service centre and change management including ERP implementation. You will lead, coach and inspire your team to go the extra mile and deliver excellent customer service.
Senior Management Accountants/ Management Accountants
You'll manage regional accounting activities and focus on the production of timely, relevant and accurate financial information. You'll be responsible for the cost effective operation and high performance of the accounting processes. Customer focused working with the regional Heads of Finance and Business Partners in the delivery of management accounting financial information in accordance with the SLA's.
You'll be responsible for processing fixed asset transactions including additions, disposals and depreciations, and also responsible for capital reporting working closely with the regional finance business partners and local engineers. You will support the budgeting process with detailed submissions of capital and revenue expenditure and co-ordinate the annual investment property valuation.
System Accountant (Cost and Variance Accountant)
You'll be responsible for implementing and developing a standard costing structure model and subsequent processes. The plan longer term is to have a fully integrated ERP system which will capture standard costs and variances and support business decision making. You will contribute to the implementation of change processes within the Financial Shared Services department in a period of rapid development and change.
SAP Reporting Technician
You'll be a key contributor to the reporting and data requirements of the business. You will be responsible for creating reports to include Key performance indicators (KPI), functional reporting requirements, data requests to support decision making and assisting colleagues with queries and implementing solutions.
Billings and Collections Manager
You'll lead the Billing and Collections team to drive excellent customer service and maximise revenue and cash flow. You will need to be a leader of change, focus on continuous improvement and inspire people to go the extra mile whilst managing relationships with customers and the wider business.
