We have a number of exciting opportunities available within the shared service centre:
Source to Pay Lead
As the Source to Pay Lead - you will have the opportunity to shape not only the processes and the team structure of the shared service procurement team from sourcing, contract management to accounts payable but you will also be responsible for transitioning the transactional procurement processes into the shared service centre whilst implementing SAP. You need to be a leader of change and inspire people to go that extra mile whilst managing relationships with the Procurement centre of excellence, the wider business and our supplier base.
Source to Pay Process and Systems Specialist
You'll have the opportunity to play a key part in the Source to Pay team. Working with key stakeholders across the company, you'll be the go-to person for all process purchasing transactions, an expert in all things to do with procurement process and systems.
Source to Pay Reporting and Analytics Specialist
You'll provide the analytical insight and in-depth reporting that underpins our Source to Pay operations. Covering a wide-range of topics, your understanding will shape our approach to diverse challenges, from choosing suppliers to managing spend.
Source to Pay Administrator
You'll be the organising force that keeps our source to pay processes runninng, delivering essential support and solving key day-to-day challenges. Connecting our suppliers, service providers and team members, this is an opportunity to build business-wide relationships and underpin the success of a broad range of important initiatives.
Accounts Payable Helpdesk Administrator
You'll be responsible for dealing with all queries that relate to our purchase to pay process - helping the shared service centre become a centre of excellence whilst helping the wider business come to terms with the implementation of a new processes which related to a technology implementation whilst not forgetting to deal with our supplier queries and concerns in a customer centric way.
