£24,000 Basic + Commission (Realistic OTE £35,000 - £45,000) Plus Pension Scheme, 24 Days’ Holiday + Bank Holidays
Our client, a successful telecoms company established for over ten years, is looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity based in Bridgnorth, which is under 15 minutes from Telford, Shrewsbury, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Dudley and Wolverhampton.
As a New Business Sales Executive, you will undertake a brand-new role within the company with the aim of bringing a new, innovative mobile phone platform to the market.
Call centre based, you will be tasked with overcoming gatekeepers and engaging decision makers whilst building rapport with them. You will need to be effective in negotiating to enable you to close profitable deals in a professional, structured manner.
You will need to take an enthusiastic approach, utilising first class telesales skills, when calling pre-qualified telephone appointments alongside building your own customer database.

To be considered for this role you must have previous sales experience. Equally important is your tenacity, drive and motivated approach.
