Our client is a forward-thinking supplier of specialist packaging. They are now looking for a Telesales / New Business Executive to join their team in Elvington. 

In this entirely new role, you’ll receive a full induction and in-depth product training, as well as the chance to undertake ISMM endorsed training. 

What’s more, this role offers the opportunity to progress into an Account Executive position in the future, making this an outstanding opportunity to build a rewarding career. 

As a Telesales / New Business Executive, you’ll generate new business for our client’s packaging solutions, focusing on customers within the clinical trial and pharmaceutical industries. 

Specifically, you’ll source leads, carry out telephone canvassing and close prospective business to increase sales of our client’s temperature control and regulatory compliant packaging products. 

Your duties will involve: 

- Contacting new businesses about our client’s products and services 
- Qualifying and following-up on all sales leads 
- Developing and promoting the company’s brand 
- Managing and growing your accounts 
- Increasing customer re-engagement levels 
- Ensuring that customer quotations are prepared in-line with company guidelines 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: 

- At least one year’s B2B sales experience 
- Strong outbound sales experience, gained within a targeted environment and/or experience in an outbound call centre as a telesales executive 
- Proven consultative selling experience 
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English 

Due to our client’s location and limited public transport facilities, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is also essential. 

Professional and articulate, as a Telesales / New Business Executive, you’ll have a results-driven approach and an excellent telephone manner. You’ll also have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
