Microbiologist

To test raw materials, finished products and environmental samples in  accordance with specifications and laboratory methods

To interpret and report results of microbial analysis, ensuring that documentation is completed as required and to file and retrieve as necessary.

To take hygiene, environmental and water samples and microbial analysis if required.

To train and supervise the Assistant Microbiologists and Lab steward.

To ensure that the laboratory and equipment is kept clean and tidy in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice and according to lab procedure.

To carry out any other duties as deemed as necessary by the QC Manager in the relation to requirements of service
