Sales & Marketing Executive


Competitive Salary, commission and bonus package, with on target earnings between £18k & £35k per annum


Our client is a leading publishing house, home to a library of publisher owned and contracted magazines and newspapers with readers located all over the UK. Their team work with clients who are keen to communicate with their audiences, meeting them face to face at exhibitions and advertising to them using their targeted magazines and websites. Team members manage customer accounts, advising contacts on marketing strategies as well as identifying new clients and working with them on creative ideas.

Our client’s focus in on the growth of their staff as individuals and as a team, maintaining and building on the strength of their publications within their relevant sectors and opening up new opportunities to grow their portfolio within and outside of their current industries.

Role responsibilities

The Sales Executive role is pivotal to our client’s sales strategy, and you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key accounts and developing new business in order to achieve growth.

Role requirements

Our client is looking for a career-driven Sales Executive, who will be a strong asset to their established sales team.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Your ability to meet and/ or exceed targets
  • Ability discuss and help direct client objectives
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills as well as the ability to articulate product information to influence customers both in person and via the phone
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
