Salary: (Band 9) £30,153 to £31,601 per annum

Job Type: Internship or Temporary (up to 6 months)

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Job Role:

As part of their Council's Customer First Programme, the Council is embarking on an exciting overhaul of their customer service delivery; to put the customer at the center of all that they do.

A big part of deciding what and how they want to transform is through the use of customer insight and business intelligence which is critical to improving the experience that they provide to their customers and making better informed business decisions.

They are looking for someone who will help them baseline where they are today, and to build their customer insight data; analysing a range of data sources to understand their Customer's and their needs of the Council; as well as the Councils service delivery performance; and therefore ultimately their Customers level of satisfaction with the Council.

This is an ideal opportunity for somebody to gain practical work experience; and involves designing and leading a research project to learn as much as possible about their customers; and their experience of how well they do things. You will also be responsible for undertaking analytical activities and presenting information to ensure the Council is making best use of this insight, to drive service improvements.
