Thriving Woking business seeks experienced, highly organised PA with excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills to join an existing job share - Mon to Wed each week, average of 18 hours per week with core hours of 8.30am to 10.30am and 3.30pm to 5.30pm each day.
Some additional hours available for the right candidate. This post is offered on a contracted self-employed basis as the successful candidate will be working from their own home office base for a significant portion of their time.
You would expect to earn between £900-£1500 per month depending on your hours worked and your level of experience and competence.
Specific training is provided to introduce you to our systems. You need to have your own computer, printer and good IT skills. The role involves telephone support for staff and clients, diary management, account and financial management, contract negotiation, appointment administration and secretarial support for our consultants.
Applicants should have proven PA experience, be confident when working independently and have a good sense of humour, strong word processing and computer skills. You need to be a good listener, able to adapt to different situations and be prepared to learn how to use new software applications. This post is ideal for candidates with experience as a legal or medical secretary particularly those with considerable life experience.
You need to be based within a 5 mile radius of Woking as you will work partly from your home but you will need to access our different locations on short notice because of the nature of this job. Your day to day work will bring you into telephone contact with a wide range of people. You will need an excellent telephone manner, an ability to problem solve and strong literacy skills.
