We currently have an exciting opportunity to work in a varied role as Data Officer based in our Stoke Sub Hamdon Office in Somerset. Working as part of the wider professional services team located in London, this role has primary responsibility for ensuring that the customer relationship manager (CRM) database (currently Microsoft Dynamics) is running smoothly and maintained to an excellent standard for inter-departmental working across the company. Additonally this role will be required to provide CRM support and training to staff across the AoC Group.
To excel in this role the ideal candidate you will have demonstrable experience working with CRM systems, excellent customer service focus, strong communication skills and experience of liaising with external IT support providers.
This role requires a good working knowledge of online mail out systems, back office intranet and website applications along with excellent customer service skills to be the first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries regarding the AoC website and AoC Membership. You will have the opportunity to largely direct your own work and be involved with a number of diverse teams across the organisation.
