With nature in trouble, you will be part of the solution by inspiring people to become members, making a positive difference to saving nature. You will work face to face with the public in North and Mid Wales, attending a range of pre-arranged events and venues. The goal for you, as part of our dynamic team, is to raise vital support by securing new RSPB members.

The RSPB stand out as leaders in conservation and believe in a world richer in nature. This is our vision! The RSPB is known as a charity that makes a real difference and it needs to have an even bigger impact in the future.

As one team saving nature we have a supportive and driven culture to help you succeed. You will be given a small van, display equipment, mobile phone and uniform. The support, training and resources provided will help you convey Saving Nature stories that inspire people to become supporters. There is an excellent level of ongoing training and support through our career performance and development plan, which is tailored to enhance personal and performance development.

In return you will bring energy, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, resilience and a 'can-do' attitude, with the ability to inspire people. Knowledge on nature and conservation is not essential but desirable. Your key to unlocking your success in this role is having the right people skills, attitude and behaviours to inspire others into action and becoming supporters.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role and the role will involve working a minimum of 3 from 4 weekends.

If you want to be part of our dedicated team and have the skill, passion and desire we are looking for, then we would like to hear from you.
