Care Supervisor ----Solihull , West Midlands. £17500 TO £20000 (Dependent on experience)

The Bluebird care supervisor will monitor the quality of home care delivery by our care assistants in the borough of Solihull. The main responsibilities are to ensure that all care is delivered to the standards required by Bluebird care and the CQC Essential standards , as well as carrying out customer assessments and reviews .You will be required to liaise very closely with the care manager and the co-ordinator , so excellent levels of written and verbal communication will be required. You will also be expected to take part in the "on call" duties with the rest of the management team(On a 1 in 5 basis) . You should be available to work at flexible times on some occasions , as some customers are only available at non office times. Good admin and computer skills are vital.

The care supervisor is an essential role in Bluebird care as we are renowned for the
high standards of our care .The supervisor is in the front line of training and standard implementation and so extensive experience of care in the home is necessary , along with an NVQ2/3 or QCF2/3 qualification in social care. Previous co-ordinator experience would be an advantage , though is not essential.

You should have a clean driving licence and use of a reliable car. You should also live within
easy driving distance of Solihull.

Pay is £17500 -£20000/annum(Depending on experience) for a 37.5 hours week . 30 Days annual holiday are included.(includes 8 bank holiday days).Pension. A mobile phone and laptop are provided .Please send an up to date CV.
