You will be based in our Harlow Head Office and will be working with an energetic, focussed and friendly team. This is an excellent role for someone who is hardworking, motivated and organised.
We are looking for a claims administrator to deliver a high quality, professional, telephone based customer service to our clients. You will take ownership of the call and resolve any client enquiries after a period of training and in line with departmental procedures. Each call represents a new claim and new business so must be dealt with efficiently, calmly and always with a smile on your face.
To deliver outstanding front line customer service by telephone to a broad range of clients, taking ownership and resolving queries, escalating where necessary.
To answer client queries after a period of training.

Previous experience of working in a customer service role
