Production Operatives - Nights -St Austell Due to the growth of this business my client is looking for production operatives to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. The night shifts per week are- SUNDAY TO THURSDAY INCLUSIVE FROM 10PM-7AM, WITH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHTS OFF This means after a successful probationary period you will have a full contract with my client on the night shift with a full time salary and excellent benefits. This is a family firm that is a market leader in its field, established over 35 years ago, they produce bespoke products for trade and personal clients alike. Due to the times of the shifts you will have to have your own transport, a willingness to learn new skills (full training will be provided) and be adaptable to help through the whole production process. The client is looking to invest in the right candidates for the long term and offer great benefits once you join them on a full contract.
