Due to expansion, a great opportunity is available for Finance Administrator / Manager to join a specialist external building materials supplier. Based in Wickham, Hampshire, the successful Finance Administrator / Manager will earn £12 - £15 per hour for a minimum of 25 hours per week depending on the skills and experience you bring to the role.
The role would suite an organised person who can manage accounts for a £4 million turnover business, but also be willing to take on additional office duties to support the growth of our business. You will need the following skills and experience:

The role would suite an organised person who can manage accounts for a £4 million turnover business, but also be willing to take on additional office duties to support the growth of our business. You will need the following skills and experience:
- Have the ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
- Have demonstrable experience in a finance administration role
- Be familiar with the Sage line 50 system
- Day-to-day financial management of the company
- Filing and data management
- Manage Staff Holiday calendar
- Preparation of all project paperwork & client contracts
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Organise business insurance for the company
- Invoicing and credit control including overdue invoices
- Raise purchase orders
- Process internal expense & mileage claims
- Process directors’ expenses
- Monitor & manage company credit card spending
- Liaise with our external accountant
- General office administration and secretarial duties
- Eagerness to learn and “muck in”
- Excellent organisational skills
