Due to expansion, a great opportunity is available for Finance Administrator / Manager to join a specialist external building materials supplier. Based in Wickham, Hampshire, the successful Finance Administrator / Manager will earn £12 - £15 per hour for a minimum of 25 hours per week depending on the skills and experience you bring to the role.

The role would suite an organised person who can manage accounts for a £4 million turnover business, but also be willing to take on additional office duties to support the growth of our business. You will need the following skills and experience:
  • Have the ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
  • Have demonstrable experience in a finance administration role
  • Be familiar with the Sage line 50 system
This role will be a minimum of 25 hrs a week, so could suite a working parent on a part time basis, or on full time basis, depending on the applicants’ ability to multi task. Day to day tasks to include...
  • Day-to-day financial management of the company
  • Filing and data management
  • Manage Staff Holiday calendar
  • Preparation of all project paperwork & client contracts
  • Monitor and order office supplies
  • Organise business insurance for the company
  • Invoicing and credit control including overdue invoices
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Process internal expense & mileage claims
  • Process directors’ expenses
  • Monitor & manage company credit card spending
  • Liaise with our external accountant
  • General office administration and secretarial duties
