We seek to appoint a self-motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic Inclusion Manager to work in our new Inclusion unit. The successful candidate will be required to care for some of our more vulnerable students. They will provide students with guidance and support, that motivates, builds self-esteem and confidence, enabling our students to be successful learners; the work is challenging but highly rewarding.
The ideal candidate should have experience of working either in a school environment or with young people, but the key factor will be the ability to inspire young people by fostering positive relationships. Amongst your many attributes, you will be patient, empathetic and have a good sense of humour. There is scope to develop the Inclusion unit and therefore the role would suit someone with drive and ambition and the ability to ‘get things done’.
