Experienced Office Administrator
We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our friendly busy office team. You will be part of a family business with a team of 8-10 people, where everyone is a key player. We sell medical support garments through the NHS and online to customers who have undergone surgery, so the role requires a compassionate and mature approach. Some office admin experience is required but full training will be given. A warm personality and confidence to bring your own knowledge to the role are key. An excellent telephone manner is also essential. It's important that you are ready to learn, can comfortably take on the responsibility and be accountable in order to fit this role. As a key member of a small team, you will gain a wide range of skills/experience as your role will cross over many areas within the company. - Liaising with dispensing companies, nurses and customers,
- processing orders,
- making appointments
- Inputting orders onto SAGE
- Inputting data onto ACT database
- Using ACT database as your task manager
- Answering email enquiries
- Advising nurses and customers on the product range
- Picking and packing orders
- Stock control
- creating KPI's
- Inputting purchase orders
- managing back orders
