Cartrefi Conwy is the largest social housing provider in the county of Conwy, North Wales. We continue to build on our successful 9 years trading to date, driving forward organisational growth, service diversification, commercialisation and an active housing development programme.
We are looking to recruit a Non-Executive Board member to fill a vacancy arising due to retirement in September 2017.
To match the ambition in our 2016-2020 business plan we are keen to hear from those with experience of;
- Managing a successful business linked to housing management, construction or care services
- Customer Services excellence including service delivery and customer engagement
And strong understanding of / skills in
- The opportunities and threats faced by social housing providers
- Balancing commerciality with social objectives
- Strategic analysis
- Stakeholder management
- Independent judgement and good governance
- Non-executive roles in the public, private or voluntary sector
