Residential Support Worker (3 Posts)
Stannington/Cramlington
Salary - £18,070 - £20,138 plus additional enhancements
To provide care, guidance, control and support to young people resident.
Under direction of management you will be required to seek to ensure the effective care of each young person in the unit.
You must have a good general education demonstrating literacy and numeracy and a willingness to undertake training. Experience associated with the public care of children and families is essential.
You must be at least 21 years old (this post is exempt under section 5 of the Equality Act).
You must be flexible and able to work a shift pattern that includes nights/weekends/sleep-ins and these attract generous additional enhancements.
