The Requirements

They’re looking for people who are great at interacting with customers and have a real desire to help.

Primarily, you’d be helping customers with a wide range of enquiries (assisting with repairs to their home; taking rent payments and providing up-to-date balances; discussing issues with their neighbourhood; helping prospective tenants bid for properties).  Experience in the industry isn’t essential as training will be provided.
