Job Title: Practice Manager/Office Manager
Salary: Starting from £27,000
Hours of work: 9am – 5pm
Life Financial Solutions is a financial company based in Borehamwood and specialises in tailoring financial solutions to both the public and business sector. Due to recent growth, we are now looking for a Practice Manager to join our team.
- Some experience in mortgages is required i.e. understanding the mortgage application process from start to finish
- Managerial experience required
- General office management (ensure office is running smoothly, i.e. IT, stationary, kitchen etc.)
- Implement and manage processes, pipeline audits, quality control to ensure cases are compliant
- Implement staff inductions, training etc.
- Report directly to directors
- Managing a team directly reporting to the manager
- Oversee the staff
- Ability to delegate where necessary
- Conduct and maintain quarterly reviews
- Learn the process, master the process and have the ability to train others and develop juniors
- Deal and arrange company events such as lunches, staff dinners, arrange company Christmas parties etc.
