Two Programme Managers
In the range of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Do you enjoy providing creative solutions for complex problems and are you committed to excellent customer service?

We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive and flexible individuals ready to involve themselves in every aspect of the planning, coordination and running of executive education programmes, working closely with our clients and faculty members, joining our innovative and supportive team. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and you will be prepared to face and overcome any challenge in your commitment to provide excellent customer service.

You will be coordinating the practical side of executive education courses, working in collaboration with our faculty and supplier network. This will include administrative arrangements for a portfolio of programmes, booking and securing accommodation, travel, catering, computing, entertainment, dinners, etc. in order to ensure that the logistical requirements of the event are met. You will have the opportunity to hone your project management skills and gain unrivalled experience organising events in Cambridge or wherever our clients need us.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in any service sector or people-focused environment, who are enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive. You will be a committed problem-solver and willing to work on the practicalities of delivering customer service excellence. Experience of planning and managing events - big or small - is highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

Fluency in written and spoken English is an essential requirement of this role.

Mandarin speakers are also encouraged to apply, as many of our programmes are specifically designed for Chinese customers.

An application form and further information is available by clicking apply.

Closing date for applications is 16 August 2017.
