Warehouse Supervisor

Due to exciting growth and ongoing success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Supervisor to join one of the UK's leading fashion retailers. Based in Salford, North West, the successful candidate will join the fashion company on a full-time basis, and earn a £19,000.

A family run business with over 40 years’ experience, the company has developed lasting relationships with global retailers and factories and are looking to expand their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, your main duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Maintaining accurate daily real-time stock adjustments
• Inputting necessary customer bookings
• Monthly stock takes
• Provide daily dispatch reports
• Manage the packing lists and send these on a timely manner to the dispatch merchandiser
• Manage all packing lists and communicate to the team on any delays
• As and when required complete picking and packing of goods to minimise delays
• Complete random checks on orders that have been packed
• Cover other areas in the warehouse as and when needed
• Learn online web orders dispatching and cover this as and when needed
• Help implement the stock system

The successful Warehouse Supervisor will have a track record of success with people and change management. In addition, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Commercially aware, with an understanding of warehouse procedures and processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, comprising of strong leadership and management
• Organised and target driven
• Flawless attention to detail
• Strong and timely work ethic
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work under specific guidelines
• Experience in a warehouse environment (desirable)
