Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our team, working c.29 hours per week (to include one in three weekends) in our thriving small animal practice based in Weston-super-Mare.

Our receptionists are required to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and take pride in providing a consistently high level of service to our existing and potential clients.  You will enjoy a varied role that includes dealing with calls and visitors to the practice, handling appointments and client enquiries, taking payments, helping with admin and offering basic preventative healthcare advice.  

As vital member of the team you will be expected to learn quickly and take on responsibilities, so experience in a reception role is vital, and experience of working in similar setting would be desirable.  To excel at this non-clinical role you will be helpful, professional, sensitive and enjoy working with people.    This is a busy and demanding role, and you must be computer literate and able to cope under pressure.
