Recruitment Consultant (Perms)

With growth across all areas of the business, Talk Staff Recruitment is looking for a Consultant to drive growth within our commercial permanent team.

In the commercial permanent team, you’ll understand & deliver appropriate recruitment solutions, focusing on building both new business & providing the highest service levels to existing customers. Partnering businesses within various sectors including Customer Services, Finance and Administration with clients across Derbyshire and the East Midlands region.

You’ll provide value added service to both clients and candidates on career direction, salary levels and training requirements.

What we’d love you to have already

• Proven experience in a 360 Recruitment Position
• Used to building a talent pool of great candidates and running this alongside your daily catch-up calls
• Ideally you’ll be used to working with commercial candidates and clients
• Enjoy ‘never being off the phone’ on sales and resourcing calls
• A full driving licence and access to your own transport is a must

This is expected to be a busy role for you, but we have a very supportive team to help out – so don’t worry!  They’re a nice bunch too!

What we expect your role to involve over the coming year

• Use business development, marketing techniques & networking opportunities to attract new business from defined prospects (including client visits)
• Identifying opportunities through consultancy led business development to assist all areas of a client’s business, cross-selling different areas of the business and working with them to grow
• Using innovative candidate sourcing and screening techniques, using comprehensive client briefs, you’ll work to find the best people every time and make a positive impact on your clients business
• Working with the management team to identify new recruitment tenders and winning bids of large accounts

Salary & Benefits Package

£20,000 to 28,000 per annum – plus great commission & bonuses

Working hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 hours’ break.
