Delegated Authority Assistant Manager
£65000 per annum + bonus

Delegated Authority Assistant Manager required for a leading Lloyd's Syndicate. You will be responsible for the management of insurance through binders and coverholders, ensuring all processes meet business standards and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

* Management of Delegated Authority relationships across the business
* Coverholer / Delegated Authority reviews and renewals
* End-to-end contract checks for Coverholders and Binders to ensure in line with DA policy
* End-to-end due diligence and regulatory checks of Coverholders, Brokers
* Working closely with Underwriters on wide range of Delegated Authority activities
* Involvement in Coverholder approvals, applications and DDMA's
* Draft contract when required and peer reviews of contract checks
* Management and oversight of product review process
* Management of internal / external stakeholders
* Interaction with Atlas, BAR, Xchanging
* Conduct risk reviews and ensuring continuous improvement

Skills / Experience Required:

* Strong experience within delegated authority practices, gained within Lloyd's
* Clear understanding of Lloyd's minimum standards for Coverholder business
* Ability to work closely with senior management on DUA strategy
* General commercial insurance knowledge
* Experience of drafting and checking binding authority contracts
* ACII highly preferred
* Reconciliations background preferred
