Senior Compliance Officer Grade 9/10 (£30,073 - £34,040)

The main purpose of the role will be working within multi-disciplinary teams to provide effective and high quality planned repair and improvement work to housing properties.
You will be required to lead, develop, record and control stringent compliance management systems covering property portfolio specifically in relation to Asbestos and Fire Safety.
You will provide, plan and co-ordinate a comprehensive Fire Risk & Asbestos maintenance service, carried out by employees or designated contractors, for all areas of operations

The successful applicant will ordinarily start at the bottom of the pay scale unless they can demonstrate with payslips they are currently earning a higher salary, in which case they will start at the higher in the pay scale. The top of the grade is the maximum that will be paid for the post.
