Job Title: Administrator

Location: Loughton

Salary: £20,000pa pro rata

Temporary for 3 months on a 37.5 hour contract

Our client is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a temporary contract at their Loughton office. You will be expected to raise issues or non-conformance in our internal quality system and monitor the progress of investigation and improve processes and procedures.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Booking collections via our internal booking systems
  • Liaising with collecting officers to ensure collections are covered
  • Logging complaints
  • Keeping customers updated with the progress of investigations
  • Investigating with various departments
  • Working out root cause and putting in place corrective and preventative measures
  • Reporting outcome of investigations back to customer
  • Updating Spreadsheets via Excel
  • Dealing with customer issues

You will be part of a team of 4 Customer Service Administrators which form part of the Workplace Team and report to the Key Account Manager. You will have worked in a similar role previously and be able to provide outstanding customer service every time.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven office based customer service required
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Good telephone skills
  • Must be close to or able to travel to Loughton, Essex
