We are offering the successful Warehouse Operative a competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum + quarterly bonus + company benefits including BUPA and pension contribution.

NET LED is a growing company which has built a great reputation for customer service. Located in a modern facility next to the Milton Park and Ride, Cambridge, we specialise in distributing Low Energy LED Lighting to Electrical Wholesalers.

The Warehouse Operative Role

We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Warehouse Assistant to join our team to ensure that the picking and packing of orders is carried out accurately and efficiently and that goods are moved on and off vehicles safely. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for job satisfaction working in a team environment and would like to develop their skills into a team leader role.

Working in our Modern Clean warehouse, which has fully barcoded stock locations, you will be required to fulfil a variety of tasks including: picking orders using hand held terminals, loading and unloading vehicles, carrying out daily stock control tasks and scheduling the transfer of stock between warehouses.

To successfully secure this Warehouse Operative opportunity, you must:

- Have warehouse experience

- Be numerate and accurate

- Have planning, organisation, communication and problem-solving skills

- Hold a current Reach & Counterbalance forklift licence or be willing to train

- Be reliable, punctual and self-motivated

- Have a great attitude and strong work ethic

- Take pride in your work

- Have good PC skills
