Looking for a new Warehouse Manager to join a small active team of 3. Main Aims:
- To ensure that they are able to meet and exceed customer service expectations in regard to delivery and stock performance
- To create a working environment that ensures everyone affected by NCM safety
Key Responsibilities:
- Health & Safety; monitoring and maintaining current controls, training warehouse and driving teams and ensuring adherence
- Setting and monitoring company assets; vehicles, tools and equipment
- HR: Training & Development, reward and reprimand's
- Stock Management: Ensuring stock movement accuracy and supporting regular stock takes
- Customer Service; meeting delivery deadlines, collection customer interaction, delivery profiles
Needs to have experience in similar role with strong communication skills and a history of working in fast pace environments.
