Are you qualified to a minimum of MRICS or MCIOB and an experienced building surveyor, with at least 5 years post-qualification experience of managing maintenance in a corporate or education environment?   Are you looking for a new challenge?  If so, we have an opportunity for an Estates Building Surveyor to work at Marlborough College.   Situated at the western end of the quintessential market town of Marlborough, the College occupies 286 acres of historic scenic downland. We have over 150 properties, several of which are listed, and include a large number of residential properties.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will act as the Asset Steward for the fabric of buildings across the College Estate, with responsibility for identifying, co-ordinating and managing all Planned Preventative and Routine Cyclical Maintenance (PPM & RCM), minor projects and enhancements.
