This interior designer is looking to recruit a Furniture and Kitchen Sales Operations Administrator.

Operations Administrator
- Answering telephone, filtering calls to appropriate members of staff.
- Booking appointments in the diaries for kitchen designers to monitor the progress through the sales process and record relevant changes/amendments.
- Booking in new kitchen orders, checking order documentation is complete and raising purchase orders, managing delivery timescales of goods coming inwards to bring everything together at the same time when it is required.
- Scheduling and booking of all installation and survey dates.
- Monitor progress of deliveries and installations, whilst maintaining contact and communication with client and designer through to completion of customer satisfaction.
- Speaking to clients and organising any remedial work that is required.
- Creating warranty documents and client information document packs.
- Scheduling and taking customer payments and recording these.
- To prepare and check customer design presentation packs
- Preparing payment schedules and following up to ensure payment is made and on time.

Sales and General Duties
- To cover the showroom floors on working days as and when required.
- Be knowledgeable in the products we sell and be able to help and advice customers in making their purchases when required.
- Answer general questions relating to other services we offer including kitchen design. To provide details to customers and forward their information to the kitchen design team.
- To provide a well presented and welcoming atmosphere to customers, making beverages for them when required.
- Support the showroom sales in ensuring the showrooms are clean, tidy and well presented. Report any issues in the showroom that need to be resolved to either the head of sales or myself.

Standard Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am (9:00 start) - 5:15pm (5:00 close)
Bank Holidays 9:45am (10:00 start) - 5:15pm (5:00 close)
45 minute break for lunch except when on own (working lunch)

Training required to attend Neptune Training.
(in addition to in house E.Q. internal computer software.
Training) Bosch/Neff/Siemens/Gaggenau Training when required
