Familiarity with the UK schools would be useful, although not essential, the company will provide training. You'll be expected to enthusiastically learn from others so you gain excellent business, product and sector knowledge. This will be crucial in achieving your objectives and will make you highly regarded within the company and amongst clients giving you opportunities for progression.If you're good enough to join their business as a Field Sales Executive then they can offer you a role that is flexible with either full-time or term-time commitment including:

- £25,000 Basic Salary
- £40,000 OTE
- Uncapped Commission
- Travel & Expenses
- 30 days holiday inc. bank holidays

Who are they looking for?

The ideal Field Sales Executive, should have an interest in acquiring and building relationships that result in winning new business. You will also:

- Possess an excellent standard of presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Need to be confident in doing outbound calling and able to close sales
- Be an enthusiastic and driven individual who is motivated by achieving targets
- Be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
- Have a good working vehicle and a valid driving license

What you will be responsible for?

Their Field Sales Executives work closely with the Managing Director. You'll have the ability to influence the business and product strategy for growth through your feedback and results. On a weekly basis, you'll be expected to:

- Regularly attend meetings with Headteachers and School Business Managers
- Provide market insight at our internal online sales team hangouts
- Manage your sales activity and pipeline data via their CRM
- Generate actual and forecast sales performance reports
- Deliver short presentations at regional school meetings
- Represent the business at conferences and exhibitions
- Gather information on customer's reactions to products
- Give feedback to the Product team about new developments
- Sharing customer success stories with the Marketing
- Work with the Managing Director to develop future growth
