Tenant Services is shaping the future of its housing services within the District. Our Client are seeking individuals with energy and passion to work with local communities in providing a first rate housing service.

The team will be the central figure on their estates, transforming services; being innovative in managing and working with the customers' expectations. If you are highly motivated, enthusiastic and can work in an ever changing, challenging environment they want to hear from you.

The team will consist of 5 Neighbourhood Management Officers, led by the Senior Neighbourhood Management Officer; who will be responsible for the operational delivery of the housing management services. This will involve working closely with our tenants, stakeholders and customers
