Project Facilitator / Co-ordinator
Milnthorpe, Cumbria
Up to £45,000 DOE

Founded in 1984, our client is a software decision support company that provides software for the long-term monitoring of chronic disease. Their mission is to help make a significant and lasting contribution to chronic disease care on a global basis – making patient management safer and easier.

They are now seeking an enthusiastic, talented Project Facilitator / Co-ordinator to join their team in Milnthorpe and play a key role in the creation, sales, implementation and support of top class software.

Our client is looking for people whose aspirations see them getting better and better, who want more than just a job, who are after training and want to develop a wide range of skills. They need those who have made notable achievements both inside and out of work.

So, if you have commercial experience gained within a customer-facing or analytical role and an excellent grasp of project management tools, this is your chance to pursue your career with an exciting, growing company.

You’ll be able to grow your skills and expertise, will be provided with the training you crave and the support to accompany it and will be enabled to make a real contribution AND support the delivery of chronic disease care.

As a Project Facilitator / Co-ordinator, you’ll focus on the co-ordination and communication of projects and the accompanying reporting and documentation.

On a periodic basis, you will play a supporting role in customer service and undertake a variety of general company administration activities.

Specifically, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working across projects to enable product creation, delivery and services. You will take part in pre-sales, deadline management and client status reporting and other necessary project communication and co-ordination activities.

Providing reporting and summaries for customers, you will perform analysis of reports and ensure quality assurance, draft letter and emails. You will also update project, customer and service documentation as required.

So, is this the role for you? If so, you will need:

- Commercial experience gained within a customer-facing or analytical environment
- Experience of using software-based project management tools
- A good level of IT literacy, especially with MS Office programmes
- A degree (or equivalent)

Enthusiastic and passionate, as a Project Facilitator / Co-ordinator, you’ll need to be engaged, eager and able to learn fast, deal professionally with customers and work as part of a team. An organised approach will be key, as will strong written and verbal communication skills.

Senior-level candidates with at least eight years’ experience will be eligible for the higher end of the salary spectrum, however, our client is eager to hear from candidates with less experience for whom the salary will be reflective of skills and experience.

Please note, the successful candidate will need to live within a commutable distance (approximately 20 miles) of Milnthorpe, or be willing to relocate.
