Due to the recent expansion of our Construction provision, we have a new vacancy within our outstanding Technology Faculty.

We are looking for lecturers who can inspire the next generation of young people within our trade areas of Brickwork and Groundworks. Therefore, if you are a lecturer on a journey to outstanding, then Weston College is the place for you. We also welcome applications from aspiring teachers. If you have a trade background and you have the potential to become a lecturer of the future, then we have an excellent ‘Trade to Teacher’ training programme that would support you to retrain whilst working for the College.

The ideal candidate will have a NVQ Level 2 Qualification in Bricklaying (or equivalent) and relevant employment within the Construction Industry. However, a desire to teach, inspire, and motivate the next generation, is a must.
