My client is part of a string of branded hotels who are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager.

Their property with over 200 rooms, extensive conference and banqueting facilities is a stones throw from the NEC in Birmingham.

With a newly promoted Front Office Manager this hotel is looking to strengthen the Front Office Management team by bringing in a Assistant Front Office Manager.

The Assistant Front Office Manager will need to be flexible with the needs of the business and the team and to cover all shifts as required including Early Late and Nights.

The Assistant Front Office Manager will train and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have Front Office Supervisor experience, duty management experience or Reception Management experience.
