An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resident Liaison Officer to join us in North West London.
Within this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Customer Care for specified properties. You will liaise with tenants regarding the Cyclical works, ensuring their individual satisfaction, and work effectively with the Operations team to deliver the service.
You will provide positive and effective communication with the tenants, local Partner staff and branch, and will deliver the Customer Experience as well as developing contacts within the community through tenant groups.
Whilst carrying out regular liaison with the residents prior, during and upon completion of the Cyclical work you will also deliver and collect satisfaction surveys as per contractual obligation.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you are able to deliver the Customer Experience, via the procedures and policies, coupled with a proven track record of working within Customer Care. With knowledge of IT systems and experience of working with computerized systems, you should be committed, trustworthy and reliable.
Although not essential, basic knowledge of the Construction trade and experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client would be beneficial.
