Your new role
As a Collections Advisor you will be working on behalf of our prestigious mobile telecommunications campaign, with a mixture of inbound and outbound calls, speaking to customers who have fallen behind with their repayments and negotiating mutually beneficial repayment terms.

By effectively listening, fact finding and building rapport with the customer, the Collections Advisor will reach agreed payment solutions in line with business requirements and making future payment recommendations to customers.

What you'll need to succeed?
Previous experience of working in telephone debt collections, preferably within an outsourcing environment. You will have strong negotiation and influencing skills as well as excellent communication and numeracy skills. Target driven you will be customer focused with a resilient nature.
