4R Group is a dynamic waste recycling company operating nationwide, specialising in the application of a wide range of industry by-products.  Due to continuing expansion, we have a vacancy for a Full-time Administrator.

You will be responsible for providing support for the Accounting and Operational teams, ensuring compliance, data input and invoicing tasks are progressed accurately and to time scale.

This role is varied and will best suit someone who is experienced in a busy office environment with a flexible approach to work and a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times.  You will have good interpersonal skills and work well in a team.  You will be proactive and have the ability to prioritise workloads and any short notice changes to make sure that all deadlines are met. 

Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, along with strong analytical ability.  You must pay attention to detail and be able to identify inaccuracies effectively.  You will have excellent keyboard skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and will have the ability to quickly learn in-house systems.

Remuneration will be tailored to the individual, but will include a competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus Public Holidays and career progression through external and in-house training.
