Deputy Catering Manager
Location: Waterlooville
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Weekend and Bank Holiday working will be required)
Salary: £21,537pa

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Catering Manager; you will be responsible for contributing to and assisting with the catering services provided within the hospice for patients, visitors, staff and functions held at the Hospice and our new Living Well Centre.

You will be expected to carry out duties without direct supervision and to supervise, where necessary, Cooks and Catering Assistants. You will assist the Catering Manager in managing the catering team.

The successful candidate will have catering experience and hold a City and Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent. You will have at least three years' experience in a catering environment with 2 years supervisory experience. A certificate in Food Hygiene is essential.
