Our client has more than 700 stores globally and is the largest retailer of second hand goods across the world.
As well as retail, they also offer cash solutions. They buy, they sell, they offer finance, pawnbroking and they even cash cheques!
They have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join them at their at their Northfield store, Birmingham, B31 2NN.
They are looking for individuals who have a passion for providing excellent customer service, the ability to interact and engage with customers face to face, a positive outlook, who thrive in a busy work environment and are keen to learn about a wide range of services to help customers get on with their lives.
