Your new company
You will be working for a highly regarded full service UK Top 100 firm in either the Bristol or Bath office with a first class reputation in Private Client work. Private Client has been identified as an expanding and core specialism within the practice which also has offices in London and Swindon and has grown significantly in the last few years and offers a full legal service to individuals and businesses.

Your new role
You will be joining the Private Client Succession and Tax Team. You will be responsible for a wide range of Private Client matters with particular emphasis on the administration of estates, trusts, tax planning and the drafting of wills. Specialist tax and trust lawyers advise trustees and beneficiaries on potential tax liabilities both in the UK and other jurisdictions. The positions are available in both Bristol and Bath and you would also have the chance to work at the other offices from time to time as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have gained up to 3 years solid experience in Private Client work and ideally be STEP qualified or aspiring towards full membership. This is a thriving department and you will be expected to be able to progress matters with minimal supervision. These roles are important ones in terms of the Private Client and Succession and Tax Team you should also be able to demonstrate business development skills to help maintain and build upon the department's recent growth.
